Contribute to building a future-focused local economy by providing a central hub for companies and individuals working in outdoor activities in the Noboribetsu region to build awareness of and promote the expansion of local adventure activities.
Liaise with local, regional and national organizations and government to assist the development and expansion of adventure-based tourism opportunities in the region.
